Disputive Driving

Disruptive driving is one of the most potentially dangerous activities that a person can do. However, millions drive while they are distracted every single day. The most common manifestation of disruptive driving is when a person is talking on a cell phone at the same time that they are behind the wheel. This is an unsafe condition because it is impossible for the person to have the necessary level of attention that should be placed on the driving task at hand. Other behaviors that are considered disruptive while driving are listening to loud music, applying makeup, or changing the air conditioner settings.
